1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

1.2 Condition of the Product
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and receipts. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.2 Return Authorization
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

2.3 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

3.2 Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returned items, especially large or bulky products, unless the product is defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost. You may also return damaged goods for a refund or exchange.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. The exchange item must meet the same conditions as the return policy.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Shipping Costs
