  • Customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.

  • Full Refund: Items that meet all return criteria will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
  • Partial Refunds: Items that are returned incomplete or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund.

4. Exchanges
